Stretcherz is recalling a limited number of toys following the identification of a potential contaminant in the sand-like material contained within them. Testing has shown that this product may contain trace levels of asbestos, which is prohibited in toys and may present a risk to health. The overall risk is considered low; however, because asbestos must not be present in any amount, the product is being recalled as a precaution.

HAZARD 

As a precautionary measure, Penguin Random House UK is voluntarily recalling copies from specific printings of the above Peppa Pig book due to the discovery of a manufacturing fault where the glitter varnish finish on the cover of the books is lifting and can be peeled off. Small flakes of glitter varnish could be a choking hazard to small children. The issue relates to a limited number of printings dating from 2020 and 2021 which were manufactured at a specific printer in the UK. You can find the unique print number on the copyright page inside each book. An example is below.
